When my father, William Dall, died in April 2011, we – his family – began to put together the materials for a funeral service.
Doing this was a wonderful way of honouring my father’s life, replacing the most recent images of frailty and deterioration with the more substantial images of the richness and strength of his life.
After the funeral, I wanted to continue this process, and to have a place in which to keep all this material – the writings and photographs, even the music, so that it was accessible by family, friends, work colleagues, and anyone who was interested.
This website is the result.
